This thing did the trick!
Now I can get the trailer turned around and parked while taking it within inches of the retaining wall. I do have a small grade at the end of my driveway which makes me a bit nervous. The weight of the 5th wheel does tend to push the unit, however given it is attached to the trailer brakes it stops as soon as I let go of the controller.

Is the dolly compatible with Tandem Axle trailers?
Yes! Our trailer dollies are capable of moving both single axle and double axle trailers. For triple axle trailers, please contact us with specs and use case.
